House Rules
- The pool is exclusively for resort guests
- Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment — allowed on the porch and at the pool (ashtrays available)
- Pets are not allowed
- Any damage to inventory will be charged at actual cost
- We cannot be held liable for personal injury, loss, or theft during your stay
Payment
A 50% deposit is required within 10 days of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks before arrival. In the event of cancellation, the full rental amount will be charged minus the deposit and cleaning fee.
Cancellation
- Cancellation must always be submitted in writing
- Cancellation 8 to 4 weeks before arrival: 50% of the total rental amount
- Cancellation less than 4 weeks before arrival: 100% of the total rental amount
